Q-Putaway – User guide

This guide covers daily use by role. Detailed, step-by-step articles are in the in-app Help Center (the ? icon on every screen opens help for that screen).

Everyone

  • Sign in with your email and password. Use Remember me only on personal devices.
  • Working warehouse: the selector in the top bar. Documents you create belong to it.
  • Notifications (bell): new tasks, approvals, expiry and low-stock alerts.
  • Profile & security: change your password, enable 2FA and revoke remembered devices.
  • Scan: look up any product, bin or package and see its stock. This never changes stock.

Worker (mobile)

Start from My Tasks:

Quality Control: inspect each pending item, then release to available or reject to damaged with a reason.

  • Movement Ledger: every movement; use Reconcile to verify balances.
